- 1. Place 1 tsp dry seeds (broccoli, alfalfa, Fenugreek) in each tray
- 2. Pour 1.5 cups of fresh lukewarm water in top try. Repeat morning and night.
- 3. When sprouts reach your desired size (2-4 days), refrigerate.
