WHAT HEALTH EXPERTS SAY ABOUT SPROUTED SEEDS?

Broccoli sprouts, germinated seeds of broccoli that have a radishy taste and look similar to alfalfa sprouts, may improve survival rates of bladder cancer patients, help protect skin cells from sun damage, and potentially boost liver detoxification. They also have among the highest concentrations of sulforaphane, a dietary component of cruciferous vegetables that has been shown to benefit autism and suppress the ability of breast cancer stem cells to form tumors.

SPROUTING SEEDS TOGETHER WITH KIDS – 3 EASY STEPS

Learn, observe, and eat sprouted seeds together with kids! Watch and learn 3 easy steps. Use Seed Sprouter or a regular jar with an open lead!

STEPS:

  • 1. Place 1 tsp dry seeds (broccoli, alfalfa, Fenugreek) in each tray
  • 2. Pour 1.5 cups of fresh lukewarm water in top try. Repeat morning and night.
  • 3. When sprouts reach your desired size (2-4 days), refrigerate.
