Broccoli sprouts, germinated seeds of broccoli that have a radishy taste and look similar to alfalfa sprouts, may improve survival rates of bladder cancer patients, help protect skin cells from sun damage, and potentially boost liver detoxification. SPROUTING SEEDS TOGETHER WITH KIDS – 3 EASY STEPS

Learn, observe, and eat sprouted seeds together with kids! Watch and learn 3 easy steps. Use Seed Sprouter or a regular jar with an open lead!

STEPS:

  • 1. Place 1 tsp dry seeds (broccoli, alfalfa, Fenugreek) in each tray
  • 2. Pour 1.5 cups of fresh lukewarm water in top try. Repeat morning and night.
  • 3. When sprouts reach your desired size (2-4 days), refrigerate.
