10. KHAN ACADEMY, KHAN ACADEMY KIDS – KHAN ACADEMY SUMMER CAMP
Camp Khan Kids is a fun, free 4-week virtual summer camp for children ages 2-7. Starting July 6th, the camp guides parents and children in a playful educational journey using Khan Academy Kids materials.
Every Monday in July, parents who are signed up for the Khan Academy Kids app will receive an email announcing the week’s themes and a self-paced schedule of suggested activities for reading, learning, and playing. The daily schedule includes 5 activities per day, but families can mix and match based on what works best for each child. Weekly themes include Water Week, Music & Movement Week, Animals & Nature Week, and Arts & Crafts Week.
For ages 8 and up, check out Khan Academy classes to help kids get ready for the next grade level.
11. LIBRARY – NEW YORK PUBLIC LIBRARY
Join The New York Public Library this summer for our six-week Virtual Summer Camp program. Every week, kids and students of all ages, and their families, can find a new batch of fun, hands-on activities that promote learning, reading, and creativity—and can all be done from home.
12. MICHAELS CAMP CREATIVITY
The craft store Michaels has Camp Creativity, with instructional ZOOM videos for a range of camp-style arts and crafts.
13. MICROSOFT VIRTUAL SUMMER CAMPS
Participants will receive a “digital passport” and can collect digital badges when they complete a workshop—so they can document their summer learning journey with accomplishments as they “travel” through each theme.
14. MOCA – MUSEUM OF CONTEMPORARY ART NORTH MIAMI
Campers will be introduced to mixed media, painting, drawing, and textile arts during these fun workshops held via Zoom, and led by professional art instructors. Final projects will be featured in a virtual exhibition on MOCA’s website.

Join NBC SPORTS together with CHELSEA PIERS, virtual summer program for 7-to-12-year-old kids to learn and play a variety of sports lead by gold medal Olympians, Paralympians and world champion coaches.
17. OPERA GLOBAL SUMMER CAMP by THE METROPOLITAN OPERA
Even though the camp registration is closed, children can follow along with the Opera campers and view all the lessons and assignments on YouTube and Facebook Live.
